George is a co-founder of Lakewind following his tenure with AlpInvest (The Carlyle Group) and BKD, LLP. He is responsible for sourcing, execution, and portfolio management of Lakewind's investments. George is probably on his backporch with his Olde English Bulldogge, Marcus.

Aaron joined Lakewind following a successful endeavor with Veran Medical Technologies as a Vice President of Sales. He oversees the management and growth plan for Lakewind's investments. Aaron is most likely to be found biking or snowboarding on a mountain near you. If not, he is maintaining his low handicap on the golf course.

Sam joined Lakewind from Oracle where he was a Sales Manager. He helps manage the investments and develop their growth plans. Sam is likely cheering on the collegiate and professional sports teams of Indiana (excluding Purdue) or crafting a meal in the kitchen.

Rob co-founded Lakewind after previously enjoying a successful run as CEO and founder of a scrap metal recycling company that went through multiple phases of private equity ownership. Rob can be found hanging out at the local cigar lounge in his spare time.
